gained over a million users a few days after release. ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence
chat bot created by OpenAI. It can have conversations and answer questions from
almost any topic. ChatGPT is not always accurate and relies on human feedback to
learn more information.

ChatGPT is demonstrating AI's power by showing us what AI can be capable
of. ChatGPT shows how AI can have conversations and learn from humans. Once
information is typed to ChatGPT it will respond. Responses from ChatGPT are
developed from learned information. This AI learns from previous user’s responses.
ChatGPT shows how AI is very versatile. ChatGPT is used for many things such as
writing code, composing emails, or as an assistant. The chatbot shows us how AI could
eventually take over some jobs.

What are Some Advantages of ChatGPT and AI like it?

ChatGPT shows us how versatile AI can be. It can do things such as writing
code, giving you a cooking recipe, being a personal assistant, etc. Another advantage
of the chatbot is how easy it is to access and use. To access ChatGPT users need to
sign up for the chatbot. Sign up is free. ChatGPT can also give lots of information
and explain answers. It can even mimic human conversations. Another way ChatGPT shows
advantages of AI is users are able to install extensions and plugins. They make ChatGPT
even more up to date with recent information. ChatGPT shows how AI can continuously
improve by learning from given information.

What are Some Disadvantages of ChatGPT and AI like it?

ChatGPT has inaccuracies and can be wrong. As a result of learning from
humans, ChatGPT can get false information. ChatGPT shows us AI also has
limits. AI can only understand so much of conversation since it cannot feel
emotions. ChatGPT also can have ethical and legal problems. Some kids may cheat
on homework by using ChatGPT. For example, students may have AI generated responses instead
of writing an essay themselves. Also, ChatGPT can run into some legal issues.
Some information given could be from a copyrighted book for example. Some
countries have also banned ChatGPT for security issues.

What are Concerns of ChatGPT and Similar AI?

Some people are concerned about AI taking over their jobs. Certain businesses
have jobs humans have been doing but AI can take over. Businesses may use AI
over humans because it might be cheaper. If so many of these jobs are taken over
by AI, humans will have a job shortage. For example, humans used to work in
factories but now AI has taken over most of those jobs. ChatGPT is already being
used as an assistance on websites. Another concern is about security issues. As
you play around with some AI, it collects information about you. While many
countries have laws to protect your data, some countries still don’t trust AI.
ChatGPT is banned in some countries.

How is ChatGPT changing the way AI is used?

As AI is advancing, the ways we use it are continuing to change. For example,
instead of just working in factories, AI such as ChatGPT can now be used by
businesses to interact with customers. AI like ChatGPT can also learn now. This
allows it to be used to help people in jobs and school. For example, a person who
needs to create a presentation can use ChatGPT to help develop a speech. Students
can use ChatGPT as a tutor.
